Presentation of tables and chairs to the Education Director for teachers.

Mr. Ishmael Anaman, the Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD) for Wassa Amenfi East Assembly (WAEMA), has presented 150 teachers tables and chairs and 200 hexagonal table and chairs to the Education Directorate.
The MCD in his address said it is the aim of the Assembly do his best to bridge the infrastructure gap and other challenges of quality education delivery in the municipal.
The table and chairs were to be distributed to Junior High Schools teachers and the hexagonal table to the nursery within the Municipality to help improve education for the Assembly commitment towards advancing education in the municipality.
Mr Anaman, explained that the focus of the Assembly was to champion effective education delivery to ensure the students and teachers had conducive environment and atmosphere to learn and teach.
The Municipal Education Director stated that the donation was a mandate of the Assembly to make facilities available for teaching and learning in schools and pleaded with heads of various schools to help maintain the furniture so they last long.
the Municipal Director of Education, expressed gratitude to the MCD and Assembly for the kind gesture and pledged to support the process of improving education in the area.
